We will prepare and maintain a database of client health department inspections.
• No Charge: During routine visits, the Everclean auditor will capture and record the details from the last available health inspection. If there are multiple departments, each will be cataloged separately. Recording missed health inspections will be added as a requirement in a formal CAP (Corrective Action Plan) program.
• Nominal Charge: For a nominal charge, client retail outlets may fax their health inspection reports to a toll-free number maintained by Everclean and the information will be captured real-time in a reportable database. In the event health inspections are lost by the store or outlet team leader, Everclean will contact the health department and obtain the missing records.
Whether you choose the charge or no charge option, the reports are organized by jurisdiction, date, score, # critical, # non-critical, and normalized as a percent of 100 for comparison and benchmarking.
